The role demands: • Anticipation of VIP guest needs before they arise • Proactive communication with all departments on guest preferences • Handling complaints and service recovery with grace and urgency • Arranging bespoke experiences: restaurant bookings, game drives, helicopter tours • Contributing to our reputation management on review platforms Requirements: • Hospitality degree or equivalent • Minimum 2 years in a luxury hotel guest relations role • Polished presentation and exceptional interpersonal skills • Discretion, our guests expect absolute privacy • Afrikaans or French language skills advantageous
