The Radisson RED Johannesburg Rosebank is looking for a Head Bartender to lead our vibrant lobby bar and rooftop pool bar. Radisson RED is a lifestyle hotel brand, louder, bolder, more creative than a traditional hotel bar. We need a bartender who can match that energy. Responsibilities: • Lead a team of 3 bartenders • Develop seasonal cocktail menu in collaboration with F&B Manager • Manage bar stock, orders, and cost control • Ensure consistent, high-quality service standards • Host regular cocktail workshops for hotel guests Requirements: • Minimum 3 years bartending including 1 year in a supervisory role • Formal mixology training or international bartending certificate advantageous • Strong knowledge of South African craft spirits and wine • Excellent people management skills Package includes medical aid, performance bonus, and free accommodation when working late shift.
