Fairlawns Boutique Hotel & Spa, an exclusive 5-star property in Morningside, Sandton is looking for an F&B Manager to oversee all dining operations.\n\nFairlawns has three dining venues, a 1920s cocktail bar, afternoon teas, private dining rooms, and a full banqueting function, this is a comprehensive F&B leadership role.\n\nThe role covers:\n• Day-to-day management of restaurant, bar, and room service\n• Menu development in partnership with the Head Chef\n• Revenue management across all F&B venues\n• Banqueting and private event execution\n• Staff recruitment, training, and performance management\n• F&B cost control and monthly P&L reporting\n\nRequirements:\n• Hospitality Management degree or equivalent experience\n• Minimum 5 years F&B experience including 2+ years at management level\n• Strong financial acumen\n• Wine qualification (Wine Interest Certificate or above) preferred\n• Passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences
