The Oyster Box Hotel in Umhlanga is looking for a Laundry Attendant to join our busy linen services team.\n\nThe Oyster Box is a 5-star hotel with 86 rooms and multiple restaurants, our laundry operation runs 7 days a week and is essential to maintaining the hotel's legendary standards.\n\nResponsibilities:\n• Washing, drying, and pressing of guest and restaurant linen\n• Sorting and counting linen for room attendants\n• Operating industrial washing and pressing equipment\n• Maintaining laundry machine logs and reporting faults\n• Handling guest laundry with care and discretion\n\nRequirements:\n• Previous laundry or linen room experience advantageous\n• Physically fit for a standing role\n• Reliable and punctual\n• Comfortable with shift work including early mornings\n\nThe Oyster Box offers provident fund, medical aid contribution, and competitive conditions for entry-level hospitality staff.
