Pros: Cooking sustainably with garden produce at The Peech is the most values-aligned hospitality work in Johannesburg. Management genuinely cares about staff wellbeing. The boutique scale means genuine relationship with guests.
Cons: Small team means wide responsibilities. Boutique scale limits income potential compared to larger hotels.

Pros: Most soulful hotel management experience in Joburg. The owner's commitment to sustainability and people is real. Guests are loyal and grateful.
Cons: Small team carries a lot. Melrose can be expensive for staff travelling from further areas.
