Belmond Mount Nelson Hotel, Cape Town's iconic pink palace and one of Africa's legendary grand hotels, is looking for a Concierge/Bellman to join our guest experience team.\n\nBelmond guests are global travellers who expect nothing short of perfection. Our concierge team is their guide to Cape Town, from Table Mountain hikes to the best local fish braai and everything between.\n\nResponsibilities:\n• Guest arrivals, luggage handling, and hotel orientation\n• Personalised recommendations: restaurants, experiences, itineraries\n• Booking tickets, transfers, and tours\n• Delivering items to rooms and responding to guest requests\n• Maintaining the front entrance and lobby presentation\n\nRequirements:\n• Previous luxury hotel or concierge experience\n• Outstanding knowledge of Cape Town and surrounds\n• Warm, proactive personality\n• Professional grooming and conduct\n• Clean driver's licence (occasional guest transfers)\n\nTips from appreciative Belmond guests are substantial.
