Gorgeous George boutique hotel in De Waterkant is hiring a waiter for our popular Rooftop Bar and Hugo's Restaurant on the first floor.\n\nOur venues attract a creative, international crowd and our team reflects that energy, stylish, attentive, and genuinely interested in people.\n\nThe role:\n• Cocktail and wine service on the rooftop\n• Food and beverage service in the restaurant\n• Evening and weekend shifts primarily\n• Participating in monthly training sessions with our mixologist\n\nIdeal candidate:\n• 1+ years in a bar or restaurant environment\n• Confident communicator\n• Comfortable with cash-up and point-of-sale systems\n• Cape Town ID or residence preferred\n\nTips on our rooftop are exceptional during summer season.
